Rules:
  1. The password is the same as the one for my mumble server.
  2. New uploaded files will appear in the public folder.
  3. Uploading a new mumble_image.jpg file will change the picture that appears when you first connect to my mumble voice chat server. But if the image is too large, it won't appear.
  4. This shares bandwidth with mumble. If there's lots of people on, don't download a ton. You can upload all you want, though.
  5. Max filesize is 1 gig, but my server is fairly slow. Huge files should probably be done overnight.
